A 15-year veteran of the healthcare industry, formerly holding CMO positions for Blue Shield of California and Cisco Systems, Dr. Jeff Rideout leads TriZetto’s Systematic Health Management™ (SHM) strategy. SHM is the decision framework for clinically focused products and services that increase member and consumer healthcare quality and value. He currently represents TriZetto on the boards of the Pacific Business Group on Health (PBGH) and the Integrated Healthcare Association (IHA). Rideout holds an M.D. from the Harvard Medical School, an M.A. in philosophy, politics and economics from Oxford University, a B.S. in biology from Stanford University, and is a former Rhodes Scholar. He is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
