In her tenure with TriZetto, Claussen has served many roles in hosting. Currently, she is the director of release management for hosting-licensed products and vendor-licensed products for operating system (OS), database (DB) and network. Prior to joining TriZetto she served leadership roles in the development, documentation and implementation of workflow automation and business operations including sales, service, billing and fraud prevention.
