Harish Mysoré brings more than 20 years of relevant business experience to his leadership position on TriZetto’s corporate development and strategic alliances team. He is responsible for identifying, evaluating and executing mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures that support TriZetto’s strategic growth and help the company’s payer and provider customers meet new challenges. Previously, Mysoré was head of corporate development at Perot Systems Corp. (now Dell Services), where he led the execution of more than 18 acquisitions and partnerships and helped complete the 2009 sale of Perot Systems to Dell, Inc. Mysoré has led strategic acquisitions in healthcare services, government services, offshore application services and engineering services. He was an integral part of the team that created Perot Systems’ India-based operations. Mysoré also spent three years in investment banking and private equity. He holds a degree in computer science from Southern Illinois University and an M.B.A. in marketing and finance from the Wharton School of Business.
